ABOUT US…

Hi! My name is Ann Ray. My passion is beautiful homes. When I got into real estate to sell homes; I discovered that the best staged ones, always sold faster and for more money! I decided to get involved in Home Staging Certification to learn the best techniques. I chose Home Staging Resource because of the depth of the training I could receive. My son Brandon has since partnered with me in this endeavor. He has had 13 years experience in helping contractors select materials for building their homes. He grew up around construction and loves to see a project come to a beautiful completion. Our family moved to Alaska in 1978 and to Wasilla in 1985. I raised my family here in the Mat-Su Valley. Brandon left for school in 1994. In 2004 he returned with his wife to help set up a lumberyard for his company. I saw the need for accelerated home selling and decided to look into home staging. Together with our backgrounds in real estate and construction; Brandon and I teamed to build Raydiant Staged Homes in the summer of 2008. Since then we have developed this into a fun family business. Our Family loves to travel Alaska and to spend time together. Our love for each other is great and is reflected in our ability to work together and have fun. We hope you enjoy the pictures below and can gain a sense of who we are, an how we can work for you!
